How do points work?

Points are a wallet dedicated to the resources section: each premium resource or template costs a number of points, deducted from your balance when you download it. Subscriptions, on the other hand, unlock the courses and programmes.

Do points expire?

No. Your points stay in your wallet until you spend them, with no time limit. After buying a resource, you can also re-download it for free for 10 days.

Do I need a subscription and points at the same time?

They are independent: a subscription gives access to the courses and programmes for its duration, while point packs are only used for resources. You can combine both depending on your needs.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit card (via Stripe) or with PayPal, both fully secured. Please note that payments are non-refundable — see our refund policy for details.
